This website, garrettbroyles.com ("the Site"), is operated by Garrett Broyles, a fine art photography business based in Euless, Texas. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address so we can fulfill and ship your order and send you an order confirmation. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment fields and is never stored on, or accessible to, our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment and the card brand and last four digits for order records.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, the Site and its service providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Advertising & Analytics Cookies
We use advertising tools to understand how visitors find the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — records actions such as viewing an artwork, adding an item to the cart, and completing a purchase, so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — records when a purchase follows a click on one of our Google ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Your choices: You can opt out of personalized advertising through Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ads Settings, and aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site's shop remains fully usable with advertising cookies blocked.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to process and ship orders, send order confirmations, respond to inquiries, measure and improve our advertising, and operate and protect the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We share information only with service providers that help operate the Site, and only as needed for them to do so: Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery, such as order confirmations), Google (address autocomplete at checkout and advertising measurement), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Order records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, and customer-service purposes. Contact form messages are retained as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@garrettbroyles.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
